...all the companies I have worked in, there is no worse company than this company. The salary is not on time, the manager does not support and just always threatens to leave the job. You have to work in the morning after traveling in the train all night, the manager doesn't matter whether you get your salary and TA or not.

Job Security, however if people will take this this as an advantage and stop performing - there will be no progress.

Dislikes

Efforts and hard work doesn't count. You put 12 hrs a day to streamline and transition a process - still end up at temhe receiving end.

It was a good experience working with Sar Group that they provide each and everything for the employment

Sar group is a huge group but I was working with Livguard Drivetrain Pvt Ltd which I felt was not good enough to grow

Office timmings is Good.

Dislikes

There is no power of Hr in the group Product head takes all the decisions. After working hours they will forcefully tell you to stay back and no overtime also provided for the same,After resignation Hr will not come to you and ask why are you leaving this job Even worse situation in sales department.

Here the fresher is also taught very well and made capable.

Dislikes

I was on third party and my boss used to give credit for all my work to his associates and used to get their work done by me but at the time of increment my work was shown as zero and I didn't get any job.
