Learning for freshers will be a plus point. Employees are supportive.

...ing is 12 hours. Even if some one is late by 20 minutes his payment is deducted. Salary not on time, always late by more than even a month. No overtime for staff people.. no policy for wellbeing of employees.. when a fresher or a new person joins he gets his first salary after 3 months of unpaid working.. there is so much humiliation regarding timings.No facilities are provided. Even after 12 hours a day working it is 6 day a week.. if any person resigns from his position management people keep on pressuring by giving more and more work and tell that guy toh finish that much work or he'll not get the experience letter and releaving letter.

For a fresher this company is good but after some experience it starts getting terrible.. no proper hike or bonus.. even if you work very hard ,no one will be there to compliment you.. working time is very bad. Only working culture no other activities.. And most important , I am getting paid due to this pandemic. They are still calling for work..

Dislikes

Working time is 11hours and 6 days week. And still management want the employee to stay without pay if any load is there. Management people have started there own small companies and are out sourcing the work and the employees are just to correct there work In short this company is just for learning and leaving..

I was in design & learnt very much from our design hod , work was good . but work life balance and salary was not that good. and while notice period they dont bother about employe they dont even appoint anyone to coordinate with us . and at the end of notice period time expect that we should do full project and go . such a pathetic mind .

no worklife balance at all, 12hrs working ,no appritiation at all .

...loyees here is very friendly & i have learnt so much here . Management is good . Just issue for all employees is salary in time, timing n all. Work life balance is not there .but professionaly company is very nice to learn.

Design engineer timing 8am to 8pm & no one gets salary in time .
