job security, work culture, management, company policies all for ok. but not very good. iam not satisfied...

compensation is not good and very worst. growth is very slow. work pressure is not much here. i have to work 7-8 hours in day. i have to attend client calls and clear them doubts and submit them goods details. co- workers relationship is good. i am not satisfied work with here.
