Everything is terrible here from HR to TLs especially Sandeep and Kriti. First of all, in training period training head Kriti is not dedicated towards training of new joiners as she and Sandeep is always busy in back bitching of other employees. Mr Sandeep is very arrogant, rather than helping the employee he always says that'' jab apko sikhna tha toh KFT mein jana tha yaha kyu aye ho''. Then Why are you hiring freshers? Look for experience one. Secondly, HR Mr Fayaz top level cunning personality if anything is decided on phone with HR then don't think it's done. when you came up with that conversion, he clearly refuses say, i didn't remember what i said," apne mail dalna thaa na ". it means your words are not valuable enough. Lastly, think twice before joining.

Very toxic environment no colleagues support each other except ajay sir he is very supportive and help every colleagues and directors interfere alot very bad management One thing i want to say more very bad company dont join company for the employment

Working in sapphire mohali branch is terrible to me. Since there is management is not so good. After completing my notice period, hr head Mr. fayaz make me inconvenient in process of fnf. Also, there are very bad TLs Mr.sandeep and Ms Kriti.

Worked there with all my might for quite a time, they never appreciated the work, took over their client's operations without any promotion and increment, blackmailed me during my last days at work for legal action on leaving their client. Managers harvest the fruit of hard work done by junior staff. Workplace is toxic, nobody in management listens to the issues
