I just like about sapphire they give salary on time

No shift change if you are shift manager you have to do night shift only no change i have seen even they don’t think manager is comfortable or not they just transfer other store without asking manager just they say you have to report tomorrow that store they dont ask are comfortable ya not they dont care where they live how far they transfer. salary increment is nothing just small amount of money for just name. Working environment is not good not proper staffing manager packing order.Salary not good compared other brand not staff meal available no break for manager if you doing night shift so there is no change there are so manager working in kfc they doing only night shift.Working pressure alots If someone want to join this company think before if they comfortable ya not

The only thing i liked about working with Sapphire is getting salary on time, not a single thing else!

No leaves, no empathy, terrible leaderships, use foul language, salary deduction, I suffered the least, but have seen people who worked here for years are not satisfied too and planning a way out of the system but their experience letter are almost non considerable.

Training is poor , salary not on time & They send my first salary to another person even i don't know him & that guy also used my salary for drink & i got my daily after 10 to 12 days that also Part payment Every month I'm facing this kind of problem They don't even Care about my training After my joining they give me training sheet after 10 day & total training days are 28 days they told me u have to complete your training in 28 days they count days from my joining My managers also not care about my training No one taking responsibility about my salary and my training

...ure, No respect and No response for the Employees especially from HR department. Salary structure is completely un fair, Newly promoted and externally hired less experienced managers salary is way higher then internal and experienced managers salary. Work life balance is very worst. In a name of Accountability they took away our personal time.

I worked in this franchise. I cannot recommend anyone to work here. Upper management is worst. As a manager there is a no personal life in this brand. You have to do more than 12 hours shift daily.some time you have to do continuously 2-3 shifts because they cutting their labour cost and not hiring teams for operation. If you are off shift or you are on leaves or anywhere they will trouble you. If You are at home and you are sleeping. You have to pick up their calls.if you can't they will keep this thing in mind and you will get suffer from them.They are not thinking we are human too. Area coach Always harrassing by their words and shouting and screaming daily on calls. Most of time you have to pay from your pocket to employees if their is a single mistake you did. No one listening your problems. Neither HR nor Area coaches. I suffered most in this brand . upper management People always misbehaves with you specially training team. No culture. If you did everything for them but you can't get anything from their side. Bogus franchise I ever seen in my entire career.
