Avoid This Company at All Costs! I had an extremely disappointing experience with Bharat Biotech , Sapigen Biologix, chiron behring From the very beginning, the management's behavior was unprofessional and toxic. Employees are treated poorly, and there is absolutely no respect for their well-being. The owner is the worst part of this company—rude, arrogant, and completely unwilling to listen to employees' concerns. The company operates under a monopolistic and exploitative work culture, making unfair policies that only benefit the management. Instead of fostering a positive and supportive environment, they create unnecessary stress and pressure. One of the most frustrating aspects is the exit process. When employees decide to leave, they intentionally create hurdles, delay clearances, and withhold necessary documents, causing unnecessary trouble. It's as if they don’t want anyone to move forward in their career. Overall, this company is a nightmare to work for. I strongly advise anyone considering a job here to think twice. There are much better opportunities out there where employees are treated with respect and fairness.
