Nothing except that getting salary on time has become a leisure.

Dislikes

No personal life, be it weekends, be it holidays, you are required to work 24/7 if laws would had not prevented it. There is not work prioritization or proper planning. Lot of old timers at the senior level and have the ancient mindset of getting work done. This is one of the worst companies to join at the moment, though the company is trying to make things better so may be in future things might improve but foe now it's a absolute no company to join

Dislikes

Company is still working on very old technologies which results as no upgradation in skills and technology for an employee. Salary hike is nothing here. Recently they terminated 70+ employees for without any prior notice and reason and still hiring.
