Nothing except that getting salary on time has become a leisure.

Dislikes

No personal life, be it weekends, be it holidays, you are required to work 24/7 if laws would had not prevented it. There is not work prioritization or proper planning. Lot of old timers at the senior level and have the ancient mindset of getting work done. This is one of the worst companies to join at the moment, though the company is trying to make things better so may be in future things might improve but foe now it's a absolute no company to join

I am currently working with them , it is an Israel based company , Israel management is pathetic , they don't take care of India, country head doesn't take any decision by himself , always waits for guidance from Israel , all senior management is leaving the company as soon as they get Job so they are not laid off . Recently 60 to 70 employees lay off happened in the company without any reason and we heard that everything was handled only by HR and there was no senior manager involved to handle the situation since there will be too many chaos Stay away or you will loose career

...ing for same company from past many years. There is no concept of normalization. So people often leave sapiens, and come back to sapiens within 1 or 2 years for better designation and salary.

Ample amount of learning scope, industry standard salary, My experience in work life balance was fair enough there was no unnecessary pressure and well enough space for work freedom.

There is none I can think of. My tenure of 10 months ended just because I have some personal aspiration, otherwise I would definitely have continued with Sapiens

...use your annual leaves first even when you are admitted to hospital for covid. Leave without pay is available but they deduct more than your 1 day salary. Too much favouritism for older/senior employees Non agile methods used to track the efforts done by employees
