...ductive. It’s product based company but I never feeled even one day also. Salary they will give very nice you can expect more than 60% of your current CTC

Stingray project is very worst, in this project always you have pressure. All the issues are important and they have completed at the same time. After doing also they say performance issue. They don’t have culture appreciation of employees. In stingray project they choose boys and it will be only night shift. Sincere suggestion if they say Stingray project the please don’t join

Nothing except that getting salary on time has become a leisure.

Dislikes

No personal life, be it weekends, be it holidays, you are required to work 24/7 if laws would had not prevented it. There is not work prioritization or proper planning. Lot of old timers at the senior level and have the ancient mindset of getting work done. This is one of the worst companies to join at the moment, though the company is trying to make things better so may be in future things might improve but foe now it's a absolute no company to join

Job Security provided you are a consistent performer. People will retain you at least by paying few peanuts.

...y average. Only few people who are like close Kith and Kin will get a good hike. Otherwise, poor pay master. Culture is very bad. No proper career growth plan.

Good work culture; Engaging projects; work life balance is also good; industry standard salary.

After a stage, career path becomes bit unclear (same with most of the mid sized companies). But if stayed for longer, good chances to advance.
