Salary always on time, PF, ESIC, BONUS facility, yearly 9 paid leaves, all big festival covered and national holidays as well. 21 paid leaves as per shop and establishment act. MD and RSM Tripathi sir is very supportive, always motivating, soft spoken. ADVANCE and TADA IS ALSO GIVEN ON TIME

This is a worst company to work. They cut your salary and TADA every month though we achieve our targets. They insult every sales person and use abusive words in front of all staff. MD himself says tu ganjedi hai, tu nashedi hai, tu rikshaw chalane ke layak hai. And all gandi gali he use. They scold you whether you achieve target or not. Daily they change their policy

They do not have any policy. They deduct salaries and TADA. They behave very unprofessional with employees. Any time they terminate sales people. In in management view every sales person is chor

There are no negative rating otherwise I will rate the company -100. They cut the employees salary every month they cut the TADA every month though we achieve our targets. No career growth and no job security. Any time they can terminate anyone.

Every thing is bad in this company. MD and akhilesh tripathi uses abusive language always. No respect of sales person is here. MD is always give gali to sales staff so even peon of office also gives galis to us.

...onment and culture.. No one for the support.. So so poor and bad management... Work more with a low salary.. Actual time for work 8 hours and they expected 10 to 12 hours without overtime charge.. Very bad experience from this company.

Their is a lot of politics with a manager level.. The doesn't discuss with a workers issues... Unsatisfied workers and job Holder in this company.. Doesn't given job training to the new joinees... And seriously very bad management.. And also no free transport no childcare, no gymnasium, no cafeteria, no foods, no water filter for worker, no clean bath.. Hanging wires.. No canteen.. Unclean bathroom.. And meny more...

Poor management, if you dont have any job in hand then you can join here. Salary on time, expenses deduction every time, if target not achieved. Unfair policies, work culture is ok.

Growth is 0. Don't expect the increment. RSM and senior person always lying about increment.
