I don't know wny they won't give priority to long run employees. I.e, salary&promotions. They will consider for new people. That only one thing iam not satisfied. Remaining all is good.

My job responsibility as a furnace operator and technician...work has been good...HR also friendly... company policies are good...I learn so many things from our organization...

This review is for oman site. One of the worst site management , only cast feelings in site ,no work attitude, site management cheating top management. Worst food, and site management behavior towards employer is like daily wage labour and slave, any employee leaving organization site management cheating and making trouble , a lot of employees leaving site without proper reliving due to this issue. Giving labour visas and making them to work in different streams, and at the time of interview they do interview of specific department and after reaching roles and responsibilities,reporting will be changed. Technical departments have no value in site. Caste based torcher is in site who belongs to site management team top person caste can survive well. Or operations team can survive.

Yes Sir, I have worked in the industrial area for the last 10 years. It has become like an attachment to me. The industry is like a family for us.

As far as I have heard about this company, only after working in this company you will know that there are ups and downs in every company.

The learn the fastly mechanical equipmens like belt drives,vibre conveyers, crusher, furnace, boiler,dabin system, water jockets, cooling towers, retary gates etc
