Good if you have a home in Ghaziabad... Almost no work load so plenty of free time for personal life as well you can work in nearby corporate hospital during hospital hours.

This is not a place where you will be allowed to work happily. They have policies but we cannot follow it. Other than Dr Bikkamchand, the founder of the hospital who is dedicated to his work, the rest of the management is not satisfactory.

The worst organization I have seen so far in my life. No staff has proper qualification and so the management does not to respect qualified people. Old staff may stick to the job as they wont get job elsewhere when they don't have proper qualification. You will be forced to work even on Sundays. Worst to worst scenario is we need to talk to BOSS CHECKING IF HE IS IN NORMAL MOOD.

Dislikes

Too much of politics, black magic, negative energy. Teammates are okay. Those who are working there is continuing just because they have no other choice and they cannot get job outside. ANMs are staff nurses.
