I have worked as a management trainee and therefore had an opportunity to work under several seniors. SDMH is Rajasthan's one of the top hospitals and yet the organization does not favour or do justice to their employees. Every employee is underpaid and over worked except those who are in senior positions and have good relationship with the owner of the hospital, such people are over paid.
