Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

One of the best Institute I have been working with since 2012. During COVID 19 our Institute has taken care of the employee at all level from top to lower level. One day before the lock down the Institute head called the meeting and made all the employee aware about the situation and be ready to face it and had also credited the salaries before the completion of the month thinking that how the forth grade employee will survive. This Institute take a very good care of its employees and it is a pleasure to be a part of SHIM.
