New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. In the COVID period the management never tells you what %age of your salary will be given. They terminate your services without any notice period, if you don't oblige to anything and everything. The school timings may change anytime.

I liked only Students.there is no work culture .Principal and Director both take only show off decisions, which are not beneficial to students

Dislikes

No respect for teachers .Too much politics in Physics and Maths Departments. Even H.O.D.s are indulged in it with management. Because management likes this type of politics . Students are greatly neglected. Even their science classes for XI, xii are disturbed for moths due to deficiency of teachers .
