Nothing did I like. Sanskriti school is the worst money- minded School that I ever worked. They hardly give leaves and they condemn the employee labour policies as per labour act. They are ignorant to say that since you work online, there are no leaves during COVID time. If we work online, does it mean that we are enjoying and not taking classes? Their case should be referred to labour court. Also, they do not have stringent policies, nor health benefits.. Also, the attrition rate is quite high and hardly think about welfare of students, and they are least bothered if students suffer with change of teachers frequently.

Dislikes

If you ask for a salary hike, they would say, you can resign immediately. Also, they suggest a teacher, to teach only theory concepts, when actually students opt a subject mainly for practicals. They would only suggest how many marks to give to each student, which is against the CBSE policies. Here, few coordinators don't know how to speak in English property and do blindly what the mangement asks them to do so and follow their footsteps. Also, they do not know the basic things of changing the Salary agreement when your salary is changed as per the no of days. Suddenly you will find sudden decline in your salary without prior notice, which is unethical. I couldn't avail my 12 leaves as per my Salary agreement, and I have sudden loss of pay,stating no leaves, which needs to be referred to labour commission or labour court.

Sanskriti School is a one of its kind institutions in the country. The institution encourages innovative teaching practices which make learning meaningful . In doing so ,it aims at nurturing happy, lifelong learners who will make a difference to society. The teachers are experienced , dedicated and highly resourceful and along with an involved Parent community, they bring out the best in every student. For me , it was a happy, fulfilling journey of teaching and learning.

Dislikes

Apart from being overworked at times , I loved my job . I also hope that the school implements the full compensation package for its staff as per the 7 th Pay Commission.

I have worked in two other institutions but here the work culture is very toxic, management is very bad. Humanity is zero. Leave criteria is the worst. This is my personal experience so if you are a fresher or experienced don't work in this school

I'hv had an amazing experience with Sanskriti School . The Management and staff are very supportive and cooperative .I loved the short but enriching experience.Teachers and even peons are very hardworking here. Very friendly environment.

Some backdrops are everywhere but we as an employee have to learn to deal with the little things.

Very nice infrastructure to work n learn full of creative decor appropriate for children according to their age .

It's a parents oriented school.If they work on children centric method it will be more satisfaction for teachers , children as well as parents
