Equality. Small Benefits , good salary for diploma people. Graduate Freshers can learn and see the application of engineering in this company.

Dislikes

Politics runs inside the company, lack of good relationship between higher authorities and labour. The problem solving skill is so worse, the higher authorities shout on operators for small mistakes, they won't train operators properly.

There is nothing give benefits for trainee and they didn't give 2 month salary in lockdown time the worst management hopeless company.
