They Hire me on Contract Basis, But its a THIRD CLASS Contract, My salary pay always 2 month late, Even I am in Accounts Department. And Most Important They DISCRIMINATION Between Company Employee Person & Contract Person.

It had one of best culture, job security, skill development, work satisfaction, average salary package.

...'s next step in transformation. Salary increment from last 4 years is minimal. Below par salary package. Skill development is zero . Don't even have training and development department anymore . Frequent changes in working environment. No clarity, whether Sanofi will continue its operations in India.

1. Flexibility and freedom to work and implement new ideas 2. Work culture and openness 3. Top management is easily approachable 3. Free breakfast and lunch 4. Bus services to various location 5. Leaves and hybrid work policy

1. Salary is a little less as compared to industry standards 2. Increments and appraisals are moderate

...s to relocate by uprooting their family set up from where they were hired from.. no market correction happening in terms of salary.. measly hikes and a lot of regionalism too!

Good Work culture and skill development opportunities with Medium load of work. Compared to Indian companies way much better in terms of Behaviour and development.

Dislikes

1. Salary and Increments are not good enough just below the minimum and not even beating inflation. 2. Promotions are pathetic and lack of opportunities and difficult to grow upward. 3. Current market scenarios of MNCs in India are pathetic and Job Security is a concern.
