...any has given so many things for us ,if company is in trouble how can we leave .Even company prosed to work for less salary because Sanofi is my family.

Compared to any other pharma Sanofi supported very well. In our work from home time they provide DA and salary. They not increased budgets. In this time thay provide lot of I learns to improve our career and personal growth.

...ith where there is respect for every individual's opinion. Culture is very good. And one can expect good amount of salary and incentives.

There is lot of growth opportunities for employees but to gain that opportunity, internal employees have to struggle more than the outsider.

Now company's behavior is changed from people oriented to business oriented. eg: ONLY Pressuring to achieve target to sales people anyhow/any situation instead of giving direction or solution.

It had one of best culture, job security, skill development, work satisfaction, average salary package.

Dislikes

...'s next step in transformation. Salary increment from last 4 years is minimal. Below par salary package. Skill development is zero . Don't even have training and development department anymore . Frequent changes in working environment. No clarity, whether Sanofi will continue its operations in India.
