Every thing. Very bad work culture. Very rude behaviour with the employees and treat employees as servant.

...ve management, there is no direct line of management... Everything is mixed up. Salary is also not credited on time plus no appointment letter is provided here in this company. Abusive words are used by the MD Newcomers are harassed like anything. Life is complete hell over here

Work culture is toxic People are always screaming on the floor No privacy or peace of mind to work. The seniors take calls over speaker phones making the workplace chaotic. No directions/briefs are given to the teams but work is expected to be done without any details provided Office is not cleaned for days Gutkha has been spitted all over the walls The eating area and the coffee machine are absolute dens of diseases
