...xic work place. The owner has 0 respect for employees no matter male or female. He often belittle and insults the employees and refuses to pay employees after they resign. The workplace culture is hostile and there’s a constant air of fear and intimidation. This company and the owner is an absolute nightmare.

Dislikes

The boss's ego is what has truly destroyed this company if not questionable intentions. I don't understand how half educated people can be entrusted to manage important corporate clients and approve/reject copies of creators even without actually even knowing what any of those words mean. Everybody is busy here demeaning each other and foul mouthing in the pretext of maintaining a "fun" workplace. And all the best finding some crucial personnels involved with the company because most of them only exist on paper.

The only benefit is that you will creating something by yourself as they hardly have any person to properly manage. So, yeah there will be lot of work for you.

Dislikes

The office culture is negative and discouraging. People are always looking for an opportunity to demean you. Not a place you can work for long. They do not provide any perks and your learning will stop as they follow a working method used 10 years back. No vision. Mostly employees are yes man and there is no progress.
