Salary- Salary is a very big issue in this company you didn't gate salary on time you have to wait atleast 2-3 month than you gate your salary.

If you're rich and want to work just for sake of working, then do join immediately. The working hours are very convenient, there's no pressure as they don't have projects. Working hours can be referred as MNC company, Mon-Fri work. Free coffee, tea as they've installed vending machine. ***If you're above 40 and have enough investments, then do join for pension amount

...ble ans you're one of the contributor then you'll be getting poor gradually. 3. Company doesn't have funds to give on time salary of employees. 4. At some moment, you might receive alternate month's salary stating low funds of the company. 5. As an individual, who's into 21-40 and has any sort of financial goals, kindly skip this company for your bright future. P.S.: If you've read so far and still thinking of joining the organisation, then good luck for your dark financial state.

Had been working with Sankalpan for more than 10 years, The company location got shifted from Powai to Thane around 3 yrs ago, Since then its pathetic place to work. (DO READ THE WHOLE REVIEW) There is nothing much good about the company now as most of the good team members have left the company. Company installed TT table & Carrom Table in the cafeteria but you will see the Chairman Hovering around play area and sometimes at your desk too often on daily basis.

...th i.e. from Useless Manager to Business HEAD by getting too close to Mr. Gray - Salary - Expect 60 days delay at Max. - Appraisal - There is no appraisal conducted since Oct 2018 to till date (2022) before that it was once in 2 years. - Travel - Not extensively, but you will asked to travel immediatly to any location in India for Site purpose. - Politics - Not much but Mr. Gray will try to inforce his views about a person to every new joinee (which is always NEGATIVE). - Learning - Hard to find any but you will learn FEAR, ANXIETY, PANIC, ANGER etc. - Work Environment - One of the Worst, People keep shouting, use foul language day in day out. Lead by Mr. Gray, No trust on employee. Today if you are needful person you will be taken to cloud 9 and tomorrow you will be falling down straight on your face. - Innovation - You will come to know about Innovative ways used by mgmt to reduce employee salaries & humiliate staff members. - Work Life Balance - Due to all Saturdays-off you may find it good but On Monday first thing will be, Individual Review Meet conducted by Mgmt which is simply useless. Its the meeting where you will be Rosted up and down and you will start doubting your educational qualification and sometimes your Existance too :D ***** I agree that the whole review is tooo negative but yes the company WAS a gem of a company to work before MR. GRAY started Micro-Mgmt. People like Admin, HR have cried their heart out often. I would say the time before 2017-18 was a golden patch for the company when People were considered as Assets of the company. Since then its a Blood Bank where you need to do a deposite everyday. Every month there is a resignation ******

It's my best time when I joined Sankalpan because when I came back from abroad I search such a job where I prove myself my skills which I learn ,that opurtunity provided by Sankalpan there believes grow me gradually and take me to a level where I achieved goals in the field of MEP work basically it's designe and build trunky interior company so for all who are working or want to work it's great learning institute highly experienced and skilled employees always polished the base,and same dedication they want from us.

See now a days every field has competitive.so it's hard to carry a family but sankalpan did more than enough support by given timely salary, appraisal and a very friendly learning atmosphereic environment even if you're not at site so I think they're care us
