The Management listens to your issues...The collegues were are good and supportive..The infrastructure is good.

Dislikes

The work culture is not so good. They do not talk of results. Parents decide how the and what the teacher has to teach. There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address the issues. They promised salary during the covid-19 period. Made us work even on Sundays but there was no proper payment. Worked for the college even in bad health but the when the time when they were supposed to pay they want to take our salary as loan and pay interest on our amount. Have been contacting the Principal from 4 months(resigned in Dec2020) to pay arrear salary from April 2020 but they tell one reason or the other. Management is helpful but down the line the system needs to improve. Staff from other states are hired their roles are not defined..the approach towards them is horrible. I was hired for competative but was expected and asked to do paper correction work.Mentorship work includes calling parents and asking them to pay college fees. Produced good results but no words of appreciation.
