In the beginning the institution has some appeal but you soon discover the hollowness of everything. I like nothing here. Come if you are comfortable with little and can bear donkey work with no say in anything.

Dislikes

I dislike everything. You would know soon when you come. 1. Salary for the last five months has not been credited. 2. Appraisals never happen. 3. Quarters are below average. Genuine demands are also overlooked. Electricity cuts and water supply, big problem. Recently some students were badly infected with water and admitted to the hospital. They deny it, as they would (institution, obviously). 4. Come if you care little about your health. 5. Employees are nothing here basically. Just pawns they can play around with. 6. Sometimes they fail students in order to collect re-exam fees since it is an autonomous college. 7. Rural students are admitted to show off their brand, ( rural educational society) but they are then eternally harassed for fees n everything.

Only the Entrance (Main gate area) to this institution gives you a feeling of a Resort.

Dislikes

Everything stinks. The management, their policies, their initial promises. Obviously, they in general DONOT GIVE YOU - "APPOINTMENT LETTER". Not will you be given a copy of the same. They give you a " Blank paper" to sign on stating that you have been given the terms and conditions of your employment. This I signed "Categorically mentioning" - that neither I was shown the terms and conditions, neither they supplied me with a copy of the same.
