Management is doing every possible thing for students. Best of the best manpower is sourced from country. Ambition of management is endless possibility for students. Communication Gap between middle management and implementation. Executive inertia at middle level, middle level heads are not supportive in overall development of staff. They are very selfish and self centered. Lot of politics results in frustration and no focus on work. Middle level management is not keen in giving right feedback o r concerns to management<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Likes

In the beginning the institution has some appeal but you soon discover the hollowness of everything. I like nothing here. Come if you are comfortable with little and can bear donkey work with no say in anything.

Dislikes

I dislike everything. You would know soon when you come. 1. Salary for the last five months has not been credited. 2. Appraisals never happen. 3. Quarters are below average. Genuine demands are also overlooked. Electricity cuts and water supply, big problem. Recently some students were badly infected with water and admitted to the hospital. They deny it, as they would (institution, obviously). 4. Come if you care little about your health. 5. Employees are nothing here basically. Just pawns they can play around with. 6. Sometimes they fail students in order to collect re-exam fees since it is an autonomous college. 7. Rural students are admitted to show off their brand, ( rural educational society) but they are then eternally harassed for fees n everything....Read More
