Young Organization that is in an expansion phase. Lots of opportunities to learn and grow as a professional in the field of education. Friendly and flexible work environment, with a desire to create a culture of open and honest exchange of ideas and opinions. There is a special emphasis on learning about oneself.

Dislikes

The team is small so multiple threads of work run at the same time, which can be a bit unsettling for some. The organization structure is not well settled yet that can lead to an overall lack of clarity about roles. The work on the ground (in the primary schools) is also yet to be well defined.

Likes

Very democratic work culture . You get to work & learn multiple domains. Flexible work timings . Empathetic and supporting team.

Dislikes

Being a start-up , new things keep on emerging sometimes making it difficult to balance the core work and new opportunities.

Received stipend on time. Got financial support in terms of loan to establish in new field. They hire an organisation for mental health counseling.

Dislikes

1- It's a patriarchal organization, only men are at top or in decision making. 2- Men in management violate personal boundaries by manipulation. Instead of addressing the issue they diverge the attention to something else. 3- Work culture is very toxic, the male peers are dominating. 4- Unsafe environment for mental health. Although they provide service for mental health counseling, but it is of no use if they're creating environment that damage mental health at first place.
