...he food quality is terrible, and teachers are exhausted with excessive workload. The school hides critical information from the new hires, such as extra working hours, salary deduction ls for electricity staff club and localmart.. these hidden policies are unethical and misleading. Any good teacher who joins soon realizes the reality and leaves. The school has some amazing teachers , but they are being driven away due to poor management and unfair policies. If the management truly cares about the school's future, they must step in, take action, and create policies that respect both teachers and students. another major issue is the culture of favortism and blind obedience expected by the Principal. instead of focusing on improving the school, there is an environment where pleasing the principal matters more than actual work or student progress. Teachers who question unfair policies or suggest improvemnts are ignored or sidelined , while those who engage in constant flattery and footwork are favored. This kind of leadership creates a toxic workplace where merit and real dedication are overlooked .

...agement is transparent There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. salary was avarage. Job security not there.

first of all I am saying sorry to Our Sports HOD, he is not suitable for the HoD he is the not qualified for that and he don't know how to treat the other coaches. and most think Is he is he have state partiality... this is not one my problem those who are worked left the all coaches problem. please keep take a serious action of him. remaining all the thinks are so good in that campus . special thanks to Mrs Mohanthi ma'am 🙏.

1.No fixed policies Leave policies are pathetic 2.Little or no work life balance 3. No fixed working hours Workings long hours are encouraged and rewarded 4. Very poor job stability

The best part is the campus which is situated in Lavish Greenery and the salary , even in the pandemic situation each and every employee was taken care.

Dislikes

Only the late working hours and some of the old employees who do not let others grow . The work pressure is very high, sometimes teachers have to stay to work for 10-12 hours a day.

Free food and accommodation provided by company. Trainings held by them for teachers.

Dislikes

...ch work load for Mathematics Teachers. Many times I was waiting till late night. Also salary is credited after 10th of month.
