One of the Third class company in my life. Company has salary, expenses and fnf issues with employee and distributors claim issues going so many distributors can't working with Ghodawat group. Opnely cutting goods in distributors area. So this company not grow

Not an issue about Ghodawat group and MD. This group is amazing and very great.

Dislikes

...2 people VP and HR head . They will hire you as manager but joined as executive. There is mandate 2k cutting from salary which you have to purchase goods from star local Mart. These 2 people have plenty of time to torcher employee, do not have time to focus on business growth. All the focus on cost saving by not approving employee attendance. In review meeting VP says that "आप हमारे ताजमहल बनाने वाले कारीगर हे, हमारा ताज मेहल बनने के बाद हम आपके हात काट देंगे". Do not join the group till this 2 people exist in group.

Lot of IT solution can do. But leadership and staff mostly unaware of technology. Bosses Very negative mind set.

...ate HR with CHOR costly watch, mobile phone. No proper management or leadership. They have good knowledge how to cheat staff by hold salary, traveling kharch, purposely deduct salary with wrong info

Company infrastructure is very poor,but HOD expectations is big.

Company infrastructure is very very poor, due to lack of knowledge they took wrong decision in DC operation. They can't give value of knowledgeable employees.

When a businessman runs an educational institution with several other business minded people, then that institute becomes a business centre.

Dislikes

No fixed working hours, no proper holidays, no care is taken of the teachers, fake show off and I was not paid for 3 months.
