...p run by few people who are close to owner. They don't have any employee policy. Salary is poor and doesn't match the credentials. Their focus is only on new admission and they make fake promise to the new students about quality of education and placement which are far to reach anytime. They pay good money to heads and ask them to keep the voice of other people shut. First institute without HR policies. No commitment to keep as they hire and fire people without any reason inspite of having confirm letter of appointment. They love their property and not people. Vision mission objectives are written on the wall but they don't practice anything. Worst management. Don't ever think of working with these fraudulent people. They charge and exorbitant fee from students but don't deliver what they promise nor they pay to facilitate and staff. I would give negative feedback and review to this fake university.

The institution, now Private University, is under developing stage. Management promotes for new and innovative ideas in academics. Free culture for students and faculty. Freedom to work and can take initiative for creative things and appreciate faculty who take responsibilities. They try to retain faculty also.

Dislikes

It is obvious that any organization try not to promote in terms of salary or payment. Once salary is fixed, regular increments are going on but sudden rise in salary irrespective of responsibility will not be expected.

It has started salary cutting even though taken full fees from students.

There is a lot lot lot lot of politics. Salary deductions are so bad, actually worst upto 70% deductions for teachers and technical staff too. Employee retention is 0.00% No definite policies formed.

The school is open creat tomarrows leader.In Acadamic,Sports,co-acadamic in exCellant.Overall working with SGI is to good expiriance.I also like the school gave us how to teach each child with there capablity.I am so lucky to be a part of the SGI Thank you
