Company is working for End customers like Maruti Suzuki, Toyota, Renault Nissan so you get to Know the requirements of such MNC OEM's, Working with them definitely adds some Value in individual.

Dislikes

...Reporting is not clear, Responsibility is also not clear which leads to chaos, Increment is not mentioned in your salary slip, 30% amount of CTC is performance allowance which is variable, Salary date is not at all fixed, High work pressure etc
