Competitive work environment but a lot of scope for learning especially in projects department. Overall a decent company to work at. HR department as well the employees at the factory are helpful in times of need and provide support to the best of their abilities. Wide range of projects will help you explore different cities and towns across India. The company provides for accommodation and will also provide vehicles whenever deemed necessary.

The compensation and benefits are a little less as compared to the work and managerial skills required for the job.

...cy within the Company or Select working Stream and Choice is Given to Employees. Even during COVID Times company has given full Salary to employees and Awarded with best performance of the Year 2020 (During COVID Period). Access to Seniors is very easy and has an open door policies. Management is very Transparent with all the employees. High Performance Company . Work Pressure is not Much. I would Recommend for anyone who is serious with the work and wants to grow can have best working with Sangir Company. BEST OF LUCK

...ngs. Employees are working for a long period & the attrition rate is negligible. Due to Pandemic salary was deducted for some months but as soon as the business returned to normal, Company has stopped salary deduction & also returned back deducted salary to employees. Employee engagement activities are good. I received my final settlement & all documents on time.

...to employees even as Mumbai office was closed for almost 5 months due to COVID. Exgratia and bonus was paid in full on time even though because of COVID, Company was working at much reduced levels of business. Access to seniors is very easy and has an open door policies. Company has WFH policy available for those wanting to work from home and choice is given to employees. High Growth and high performance company. Many products are first in the country and teams are very passionate about these products. I would recommend for anyone who is serious with the work and wants to grow.

Dislikes

HR team could communicate better at conveying intent and thought of decision making. In forums like this where only poor performing employees leave bad reviews needs to be addressed.
