The company is service rental. They have many Crawler and hydraulic mobile Cranes. I like the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, and has a pan India client base, as a result, I get to travel pan india.we work happily in collaboration.

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Job security Is one of the main reason.

Heads of Departments are good and supportive especially if you are working in the head office. Once you are in the field, nobody is going to look after your needs.

Dislikes

Pathetic HR team, once you pen down your resignation HR named Nikhil Vaseker is going to abuse you over the telephone and not even respond to your calls or messages. Also in order to get an experience letter you need to call them thousand times and ask them for it. Also, if you are leaving this organization, be sure that you are not going to get your full and final settlement amount. Try not to join this organisation, unless and until it is absolutely necessary.

Having top name in service industry, it's even managed only as a proprietor ship firm. Teammates were always supportive. Appraisals are done only on so called Shifarish or Chugalkhory or can say Chatugiri.. 😂😂😂

NOTHING IS TO DISLIKE ABOUT THAT ORGANIZATION.OVERALL SANGHVI MOVERS IS GOOD ORGANIZATION.I WAS LEARNT A LOT FROM SANGHVI MOVERS LTD.
