Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). Its a very safe place, you can roam anywhere anytime freely.

Dislikes

No regular salary payment, forget about salary increments. Worst HR and top management. No basic facilities are there. If you are bachelor forget about good food. Very bad quality food in canteen and PG. office setup are in very poor condition.
