Salary dealayed 1_2 month. Transportation & medical facility not available or in wrost condition.. 5 hrs traveling far from Bhuj..(nearest railway station)

Job culture is good but Management does not give any bonus, incentive, after three years i got increment 12%. welfare is Zero especially Medically not here need to go bhuj is very long distance.

Only retired people work here after 60, No any policy good for employees, No any particular timing for Salary, They have zero priority for employees, Some times Salary late by three months. No any support from HR Manager(retired 😊), Full and Final pending from two years,

Its a very safe place, you can roam anywhere anytime freely.

Dislikes

No regular salary payment, forget about salary increments. Worst HR and top management. No basic facilities are there. If you are bachelor forget about good food. Very bad quality food in canteen and PG. office setup are in very poor condition.
