Almost everything, but to be precisely speaking the principal is illiterate, she doesn't have any knowledge related to teaching and children. They treat the staff like a robot, just ask for work! No empathy, no appreciation, nothing at all., and still you are going to hear that you don't do anything, she has to everything, always degrade people.

Nothing there is no value of words company director and chairman SK rathore sir understand the person and capability but its of no use since it will be not be followed by his son abhishek rathore and finally the decesion taken by abhishek rathore is final a young age guy who do not have any knoweldge of bussiness, sales, operations handling the company. I really strongly recommend SK sir involve once again in growth of company else sir your hard work will finished.

Its not a right place to work until the management is being handle by Mr. abhishek rathore you will be never be paid for your hard work and he always show you that you are good for nothing though he himself not able to close a single franchisee in a month but will always put his failure to employees and staff.

I like the environment of the Sanfort HQ. The management is supportive and guides you along your professional journey. Dr. S K Rathor is a gem of a person, his wisdom and vision towards Sanfort.

Nothing, such a cheater company, owner it's self making fool, they treat with employees like you are working in a grocerie shop, owener wife always come to work area and ask employees to switch off the AC in month of May, June, July and this is when work area roof is made by steel said and which is heat like anything, owner both child are less educated and they do not have knowledge also and they always try to show their bossism. Owner wife mentality is very cheap overall Sanfort is not a corporate it's a lala oriented firm so you can decide whether you work with good skills person or you will kill you own skill to work with these fools.

Politics, buttering by some employees here you not need to work you need only bittering to owners and sons.
