But, the culture of Indian management team is very bad like shame-full for mnc like sandvik. You will not feel comfortable in ground work environment. You will feel like you are working in road side garage not in a mnc.

Hindustan zinc all sites very bad culture and as a service engineer you feel like machanic, for a experienced person HZL Site is like hell all people treat like a fresher guy very bad atmosphere and freshers guys if you can handle very bad behaviour and like a hell atmosphere you can survive there.

Dislikes

No job security for 3rd party payroll. No proper pay out for 3rd party payroll. There is huge difference in between salary of onroll & 3rd party employees. Very worst politics is there. Very few managers are supportive.

Internal politics, management is not good, job security very horrible as they will target if you Loud the voice against management politics, every time you have to face challenge during work, overloaded working culture, no work life balance

From day one I am working in Sandvik office, I don't know about Novem office environment because they have deputed me into SANDVIK. So whatever policy are there in Sandvik is strictly followed by Novem Solutions, I can assure Novem Solutions follow good professional ethics.

Every other payroll companies has 1 month relieving policy at the Resignation time, but Novem Solutions follow 3 months policy which doesn't make sense because here they will not pay if you don't have tasks ( bench period)
