It was good experience while working with Sandvik Asia. Employees benefit schemes were great. Good corporate work culture useful for positive personality development. All basic facilities available for employees like bus, canteen etc.

Dislikes

... for some important festivals. On job training should be provide to new joinees. Salary rise also need to check as per other industrial norms.

...good enough for temporary employees but for permanent, it is best in the market. Salary structure, compensation in terms of over time duty and it's benifits, annually one trip, and so many other benifits for permanent employees are very good. I would rate company 4 stars.

One one has to learn by his own way all the things at workplace. The proper training that company must be given to employees is not available so easily.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base.

I am working this company Privious 6 year company policy good but India management handling this company just like kirana store,hzl customer trite by sandvik management or employee just like bandua majdur only sandvik employee, no skill development only Work just like rod side mistery

Sandvik is a flexible company which keeps all its workers in an innovative fora for instance it encourages all employees to be trained in all its new developments. It encourages safety first to whatever task we do. Sandvik has a swift adoption of latest technology like the automated machines which are intelligent. It has values like innovation , fair play ,passion to win as well as customer care in it. Sandvik has so many policies like EHS to all operational environment ,healthy and safety activities. Anti-bribery and anti - corruption systems. On cultural aspects its number one because it plays fair compensation and working terms and has power to influence.

Dislikes

Growth is very low to some trades. Salary takes years to rise though appraisal are done in time.
