At working on sandip university is high pressure job. And not fix this job timing. There are without job time working but senior person is not satisfied. And they should be extra work on the day.

There is nothing to like about the university, and that is the complete village environment. if you need to buy anything you have to go at least 10 KM minimum. and if you need to change anything for good, get ready to be beaten by the students.

Shit all around the college, the village people do that each day on every road coming to the university.

Job insecurity, improper work culture, no proper work management, very bad policies discriminating among employees

No proper work ethics & rewards. No proper work appreciation. Anyone can be terminated at any point of time

Nothing as such...they have very poor management nd HR policies.

Very less job security..any random day u will get fired directly without any prior notice.. pathetic HR policies...You will feel that u r working in school every where they have camera nd always tell there employees that don't do timepass we are watching you on camera... Managers don't have technical knowledge..nd no work flow at all..

To be very honest.. Your job designation matters a lot. If your job is contract based.. Then we all know the consequences. But if you are permanent. Then you can enjoy lot of benefits

This is the place where you can explore lot of things. Good infrastructure, student centric culture If you are not a hard working person, then you cannot handle the pressure at university..
