During the current crisis many organisations are unable to pay their employees in a timely manner but the pandemic hasn't had such an effect on Sandhata as the organisation has been diligently paying its employees on time. Also there has been a constant flow of projects which has kept us highly engaged.

An increase in training sessions would be appreciated.

It’s pretty awesome and secure in Sandhata ..it’s MNC but people here are very helpful from HR to managers ..some benefits might not be here but it’s a great company to work for where you get appreciated for your good work.
