There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is not good and career growth is very slow. There is a 3 month notice period before resign its two bad.

Likes

Salary credited into employees account on time. Promote trainees to junior level which is a good thing about the company. Person who really want to grow their career from zero, company assist them to consider and provide role in own payroll.

Dislikes

1. Work-life balance is totally disturbed due to working hours. It is not mandatory to work more than 8.5 hours as per company's policy but HODs are forced to work upto 12 hours a day. 2. The over-time is 70 Rupees per hour for a senior engineer which is too low. 3.

Likes

Salary timings, In every month Salary will credit on 1st or 2nd of the month.It is very useful every middle class employee's to pay EMI's and save from penaltys.

Good working environment but less chances to gain knowledge for Beginners.

Work culture is vrey nice. Everyone is helpfull and supportive. It gives you the challenging opportunity to make your growth faster .

It is a Japanese company but doesn't give you Saturday off. Although it is best seller of air conditioning units in India but salary hike is not as well

HR Policy is very bad, they provide very less salary Salary hike is very less, only those who are bootlicker get appreciation from boss and may get good hike, If you are fresher, then there will be 2 years bond Notice period is 3 months.
