There is nothing to like about Sandmartin. Very less compensation that you can not even survive.

Dislikes

Hr policies, work environment, favouratism from the most senior UK manager who have influencial position in Company, no perks, money they deduct from salary is returned as bonus and not even paid in full as they will say that performance is not 100 percent.

The only good thing is the accounting work you learn all by yourself because no one will help you here even if you're a fresher or you're experienced yet new to server

...no matter what job profile is, I always check for reviews and only then I apply. I was told that this company isn't good yet I ignored and I had to pay the price. They literally ruined my future and career Just because I got a better opportunity and all the mediocre folks in the team and HR couldn't digest it. They went as far as ruining my future opportunities and tried to force me into either working with them or pay them a huge amount. The HR, managers and vertical head in noida location are literally the worst to ever work with. They don't pay you yet make you work hard, no extra allowance, you only have 1 hr break which you can either utilize to eat or use phone or use bathroom because every time you punch out, it's counted as a break. This whole company and the people are so bad, politics, work culture, no growth... Literally a nightmare to join here. Please be careful and I have experienced all of this first hand, that's why I'm telling y'all beforehand.

...perience. Still, I'm regretting that I started my career with this organization. No fixed policies, compensation. There HR & Finance teams are busy only in counting late-in and early-out of the employees to deduct their hardworking salaries. I didn't get my final payment. I'll not recommend anyone to join this organization. It is purely a "Lala" type company.

Nothing to like!! Management don’t care about you. I was waiting for 3-4 months just to know how much they offering appraisal and even they were aware of my expectations still they were just saying that management will decide and it took 4 months to management decision. I wasted my almost 6 months in this company. Manager have very rude behaviour. If you work here you’ll only get less salary compare to market standards and you must not expect respect here. You have to wait for months just to get their reply.

...were saying if you are working from home you have to give extra time to company. And will pay for 8 hours but you have to work 10-11 hours many days and no remuneration for this.

They make employees fool by adding bonus money in their salaries but actually they deduct the amount from employees salary and give that money back to the employee after every three months by doing some more deduction from that bonus too. Work culture is also very poor and no facilities are given to the employee and so unhygienic place is that . No appreciation for good work and pressurize employees to work more and more but not even appropriate a single employee. Worst place to work .
