Medilink department is sanchetis private medical department. I was exactly working there data formatting in that software and Excel sheets like that daily stock report checking and update. Material purchase billing and update.

There are very less salary and career growth was slow.

sancheti MD & management expecting huge work from an single employee. They just want to be work finish. HR is not able to help employees, they are pressuring their employee. WORST MANAGEMENT EVER.

Lowest salaries, no work life balance, no job growth, staff is extremely rude, higher management does not value any of their employees, no overtime, no appreciation for the work, very stressful environment

There work environment is very good. I was learn so many thing there. There training programs related work and other programs is very excellent. There team work is very good hod are supportive.

Nothing
