Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

Very bad company it's not company it's baniya shoap all Chinese product not any product is made by india they buy chadni chowk and print scs then sold by name of scs . Shoap owner is non technical . He doesn't know about radio technology

Bad everything like staff, work and etc. boss always abuse to employee. he will kick you out of the office without any notice. if you want that your time is not wasted so please don't go. there is no future. Director, Gm or Hr are mad.. They have no work of sense. and last one more thing, they will eat your money, it won't even burp. so please don't go there.

Interview process was easy. HR stayed there till 7 ocloclk waiting for me. Had one round discussion with HR,GM and other people. GM was taking my interview while standing like posing photo shoot. I got selected ther and received offer on very second day. On the day of joining i got to know thaat the old hr has left and new one was not supportive at all. He mislead people and never listed to anybody and always found him protecting employer interest all the time like pet. Withing few days of my joining CEO has abuses me multiple times even asked me to leave office for unjustified reason.

Here quality is zero. Any person join in quality Engineer. They fired after 2_3 month. Here is no job security. All products are Chinese only assembly here.
