1.work timing from 9 am to 8 pm , sometimes up to 11 pm. 2. they can fire u anytime . 3. illiterate bosses and no knowledge about running company. 4. only outsourcing job - no optimization 5. no salary on time 6. salary achieved is less than discussed salary- poor ethics 7.
