One man show , pseudo MNC ... nothing like a true MNC. Highly autocratic Top level management.. Highly unrealistic objectives.. Poor market acceptance except core homeopathy business. Join if wish to spoil your future.

I was work nov 2017 to Nov 2020 in quality dpt. All Labmats very very supportable and good spaicially Mr Deepak sharma. Work culture v. Good and management also. Mr. Arvind Sharma nice personality as a HR.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology which can safe for human as well as save the nature as per Chairman thinking. But other staff (GM level) after Chairman and before Managers in between they are completely different, they like money and always try to earn money at any cost it can be black or under table. Other staffs and workers are good.

Company growth slow due to senior level staffs (GM level) after Chairman and before Managers in between. Those people are uneducated and they have no knowledge as well as not enough experience how to handled Scientist as well as educated staff.

Sanat product Ltd is good house for beginners..they provide scientific knowledge of their brand...All over is good for fresher...

It's management was not good as per expectation of employees.. basically management depends on some people.. right now these people are re-sign their designation hope so now sanat's management become change..
