...files to just 15 per day, while mandating that employee submit 8 profiles daily. Exceeding the 15 profiles limit results in a salary deduction. If employee fail to achieve a constant two joiners per month, their salaries are withheld and may even be reduced (e.g.., from monthly CTC of 20k to 10k or 15k). Furthermore, the branch manager , Dharshini does not even know how to use Naukri effectively but still manages the team with the poor politics. Please think carefully before joining this company. Don't waste your time and career here.

...o to this company.. There is no job security here.. They won't treat you well... If you are not giving closures they won't provide you proper salary.... They will also terminate you without any information

At the start, they tell you that you are their employee. but after their contract is canceled they tell you that you are in a contract role wost the company. after some time they start ignoring your call too.

Worst experience...I have visited here (perundurai branch)for interview today... But it's not a company it's an training institution... They see my profile in naukri and they called me for an interview for fresher design role and they purposefully made the interview strong and questions difficult... So they brainwashed me to take a course(fees Rs35000) and join in their Institute... This was my experience...
