If employee fail to achieve a constant two joiners per month, their salaries are withheld and may even be reduced (e.g.., from monthly CTC of 20k to 10k or 15k). Furthermore, the branch manager , Dharshini does not even know how to use Naukri effectively but still manages the team with the poor politics. Please think carefully before joining this company. Don't waste your time and career here.
