There was a problem with particular COO who has recently joined but x employee of Motherson. He has atitude issue. He is a Non technical person. Using abuse langauge with employees and target them. He is also involved in other activities.

Working atmosphere is good and team very helpful, traines by training gives a new new machines technology , production planning & motherson every GET gives good knowlegde & good approch then taken career smrte growth..
