Guys here have their own vision and not linked with group Vision . Own politics and ego. Don’t get surprised if you get abuse word like “ Ma* Ch**a rahe ho yahan “ Do not JOIN please for your family and mental health.

There was a problem with particular COO who has recently joined but x employee of Motherson. He has atitude issue. He is a Non technical person. Using abuse langauge with employees and target them. He is also involved in other activities.
