Job security is good and pay wise also good. But lot of favoritism, politics, work life balance is very poor as a culture across organization, since people who go beyond their work space and cut into personal space and time are hailed. This is not a good culture since it will affect all other employees to meet these expectations.

Good for people with few experience, provides a lot of scope for learning and improving, wonderful salary structure and gives an insight into rural banking for new passouts from MBA, B.Com and other agriculture background students, wonderful company culture and job security

Dislikes

Continuously changing IT and HR structures. In one month, we have to submit via loans via mail, in the second month it was app based. When we had successfully transitioned to app based dealings, technicalities changed regarding compensation of travel, and so on. However, I adapted to everything and this doesn't count as a reason for my exit.

I like very much samunnati work culture and customised products for customers, best policies are implimented and following.

Performance appraisal process is not much satisfying and very low salary appraisals comparing to other companies in industry.

Hands-on training on system related works could help to avoid unwanted confusions. Arrangement of some get-togethers with officials could help to maintain a good relationship among the colleagues.
